Mancow Muller the conservative conspiracy theorist is the center of History Channel’s breakout series God Guns & Automobiles. In it’s first season the show follows Mancow who does a syndicated radio show in Chicago as he ehads to his hometown of Missouri to help his millionaire brother out Mark Muller, a CEO of Max Motors. With his outspoken, loud and larry comedic style, Mancow hosts his radio show, Mancow’s Morning Madhouse every weekday from 5-8 a.m. After earning almost $2 million from appearing on Fox News, Glen Beck and Imus in The Morning as a political analyst Muller seems a little out of his element back home. Mancow was born Erich Muller June 21, 1966 in Missouri. He married Sandy Ferrando on Valentine’s Day in 2003. The couple had two daughters named Ava Grace and Isabella Sofia Muller together who watched them renew their vows for their tenth anniversary in 2013. His long career in radio and broadcasting begin when he was a high school student. He got his first gig hosting an afternoon show at KOKO-AM in Warrensburg, Missouri. While attending Central Missouri State University he became the general manager of KLSI-FM in Kansas City. He then took his career to San Francisco which was abruptly ended after he was prosecuted and sentenced to 3 years probation. After a story was published that hen president Bill Clinton held up traffic on the LAX airport runway while getting a haircut on Air Force One Erich (Mancow) staged a parody on the Oakland Bay Bridge holding up traffic for hours. The radio station was forced to pay $1.5 million to settle a lawsuit from a bridge commuter.
He Chicago debut came in 1994 after his salary was doubled from $90K to $180K to host Mancow’s Morning Madhouse. His long running series had been involved in a series of lawsuits and FCC violations which ahs resulted in a massive surge of ratings. Muller is known for his fringe and extreme comments including stating that “water boarding is not torture” and calling the head of the DNC in 2005 “vile” for his stance AGAINST the war in Iraq.
